Tonight we will be stretching the muscles along our spine, lower back and shoulders.

Freedom and mobility in our lower backs is built upon three pillars: Strength, Balance and Flexibility.

Each class will include at least one strength exercise and one balancing exercise before we move into our deep stretching.
