What do we do?
Long passive holds have been shown to increase your flexibility: mind & body. A consistent practice of the Gravity Yoga® poses has been shown to help reduce stress & find freedom in mobility. Relieve tightness and open up your body by following the 3 principles of Gravity Yoga® and stretching for 15min a day.
Results can be seen in as little as 4 weeks!

Why Should I Stretch?

stretching can help increase ROM (range of motion) both in the long-term and in the short-term.

The more ROM you have the more muscle you'll be able to activate ultimately making you stronger.

an increase in ROM = a little more freedom of movement in the body which means your risk of falling & getting injured decreases too!

Stretching increases blood flow, boosts oxygen levels & helps deliver nutrients to your body & muscles leaving your body in that relaxed state for several hours.

the breath-to-relax breath makes you sleepy. You’ll find you’ll fall asleep quicker and sleep deeper!

Identifying imbalances in flexibility or areas of extra tightness in the body can give you the chance to correct those problem areas before they lead to injury.
